Shipping policy

For PREORDERS, please allow 5-8 weeks for product delivery. Production and shipping updates will be sent periodically throughout the process to ensure clear communication on the status of your order.
Note: The 5-8 week timeframe is an ESTIMATE that is dependent on the product complexity and quantity. If production time is projected to go beyond this timeframe, an update will be given via the “Preorder Status” page and SMS/Email

All other US orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days
